Q: Can I work with other Company record if I have already logged in?
A: You can easily work with another Company record by using shortcut icon of Open Company (or choose this option from Company menu) but you need to exit from the current Company record.
Q: After creating accounting records, how can I modify?
A: After creating the accounting records, you can modify the records by using Edit button from Company menu. But you can edit only that Company in which you are login.
Q: How can I analyze total sales and purchase products information of the Company?
A: You can easily analysis the total sales and purchased product information by maintaining the records of sales/purchase register entry.
Q: I am unable to open exiting Company records. Why?
A: To open Company record, you need to enter valid user code and respective password. Make sure that user code and password should be correct to open Company records.
Q: Once I have deleted Company. Can I work with the deleted Company again?
A: No, Company will be deleted permanently and you cannot access the records again. So make sure to delete the Company record.
Q: How can I evaluate total financial transaction of the Company?
A: Software provides facility to generate various business accounting reports (such as balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss report, day book, cash book, bank book, production report etc) to evaluate total financial transaction of the Company.
Q: Can I export the accounting reports in other formats?
A: Software provides facility to export the accounting reports in PDF or Excel file format as per your need.
Q: How does software prevents from unauthorized data access?
A: Software facilitates with User Authorization feature to open and delete the Company records so that unauthorized user can not access the software settings.
Q: How can I exchange the currency rates?
A: Software provides “Currency Converter” facility to exchange the currency rate in to another currency as per your need.

A: If you are login the Company then first you need to close the Company for data connectivity.

Q: What is the difference between demo and full software version?
A: Software demo is available only for 30 days trial version. After completing the trial period, you need to buy full software version to access the functionality.A message is displayed in accounting reports while using trial version of the software.
Q: If the software trial period expires, would I have lost the data?
A: If the software trial period expires, data will not be lost only you cannot access the records until purchasing full software version.
Q: How many simultaneous users does Financial Accounting Software support?
A: Financial accounting software is designed only for a single user at a time on your Desktop computer.
