Shortcuts
This section includes dialog box which provides user with the facility to create shortcut icons of any windows application while installing software setup exe file.
Click Shortcuts Button on Install menu, the Shortcuts Information screen will be appeared:
This screen contains following fields:
Path: Displays the name of destination folder where you want to create the shortcut like desktop, program group, quick launch or start menu.
File Name: Shows the name of selected file.
Name: Displays the name of the shortcut.
The Shortcuts Information contains following buttons:
- Add Item: After clicking Add Item button, Add Item screen appears and enables user to choose:
- Destination Folder: Lets you specify the location where you want to create the shortcut.
- File Name: Facilitates user to specify the file for which you want to create the shortcut.
- Shortcut Name: Choose the name of the shortcut from product variables directory.
- Delete: Deletes any information as per your need.
