Access Settings
Settings that are made by Administrator (server) to make the USB drive configured on the client machines are called Access settings.
Activity Log
Activity Log records the detailed information of all the changes made during access and permission settings of USB mass storage devices.
Client Module
USB Activity Monitoring Software’s Client Module runs in stealth mode and records the insertion and removal activities of the USB drives on client machine.
Domain name
Domain name is a type of symbolic representations, i.e., recognizable names, to mostly numerically addressed Internet resources.
Drive Permission Status
Drive permission status shows the status of changing access and permission settings of USB mass storage devices.
Log Settings
Log setting option is provided to adjust the capacity of Activity Log from the minimum of 100KB to maximum of 99999KB.
Monitoring Log
Monitoring Log records the detailed information (including USB device details with date and time) of the insertion and removal status of USB storage device on Client’s machine both in real time and offline.
Offline Monitoring
Offline Monitoring means monitoring the insertion and removal status of USB storage device on Client’s Computer System when the network connection is broken or the network cable is unplugged.
Permission Settings
Permission settings are managed by server and useful for making the USB device readable or readable/writable both.
Real time Monitoring
Real Time Monitoring means tracking the insertion and removal status of USB mass storage device on Client’s Computer System in real time.
Server Module
USB Activity Monitoring Software’s Server Module monitors and records the plug in and plugs out activities of USB storage devices on client’s machine over Windows Network. |
